Before you file a dispute, we strongly encourage you to first review transaction details on your Stilt account, contact the merchant and ask them to resolve the charge error, which only takes a few days.
If it’s still not resolved, we will look into it. You can dispute a transaction in the following steps:
- Sign in to your Stilt account
- Go to Transactions page
- Find the transaction
- Click Dispute and following the instruction to start a dispute
