If you are an international person in the U.S. and have started building credit, you are on a path to a stronger financial position in the future.

You can access a full credit report for free once per year through - - this is a government regulation that all the three major credit bureaus need to provide a free credit report once a year.

There are other options too like where they allow you to view your report for free. You can keep pace with how you are building credit. Credit Karma only works with Transunion and Equifax, they don't work with Experian as of now.

The scores on Credit Karma may be different than your credit score at on websites because of the scoring methodology used.

Also, remember that you may not be able to view your report without your SSN. If you don't have an SSN, that doesn't mean you aren't building credit, but it's only viewable after you get one. All these websites giving you a free credit report will require you to enter your SSN to view the report.
