Is there any chance that I can be granted a green card while on TN visa?

No, there is no chance that you can be granted a green card while on TN visa. The TN visa for Canadians and Mexicans have no dual intent. It means that the visa has no direct path towards permanent residence. If you intend to get a green card, you must get a non-immigrant visa which has a dual intent just like an H-1B visa or L-1 visa. With these visas, you can ask your employer to petition for your green card.
On the other hand, having these have downsides if you don't get to be petitioned for green card. The most unwanted among these downsides is that there is a limit to their validity. They have maximum validity and are very difficult to renew, unlike TN visas, which can be renewed indefinitely. With a TN visa, you can work in the US for as long as you have an employer.
