What are chances of getting H-1B visa and how long does it take?
I am Web Developer from Europe
I was thinking to get a job remotely in some USA company that hires Web Developers and then apply for H-1B visa trough that company
Once id move in USA id apply for a green card
Finished Penn Foster high school and im considering college
What do you think my chances are?

If you have just finished school, it may be difficult to get H-1B visa approved. H-1B visa is for highly qualified workers and has minimum education requirements.
USCIS needs at least a bachelor’s degree (4 years) in the same field (or very similar) as your work. You can come to the U.S. for school or on other types of visas and try to gain experience before applying for a green card (which itself is a very long process with minimum education/experience requirements).
Overall, even if you are a good programmer your chances of H-1B are low because of minimum criteria set by USCIS.
