    Yes, it is now possible for non-US citizens to get access to credit even with limited credit history. Although, your choices are limited. There are still many banks and lenders who require long credit history when giving out loans, credit cards, and other lines of credit. You will need to provide a co-signer or a collateral on your applications, but it won't still be enough. If you are lucky enough to get approved, you will probably get high interest rates.
