Non-U.S. citizens are one of the most discriminated against group of people in the U.S. financial system. They aren't able to access credit and many times not able to open even a bank account because they don't have SSN.

The U.S. financial system is heavily credit dependent and access to credit is dependent on credit history. You have to wait for years before you can build a credit history and get going. The credit cards you'll get will have a very small limit and it'll be a secured card most of the times.

Stilt is one of the only companies that's focused on providing financial services to immigrants and non-U.S. citizens. We are trying to fix the problems because of the way U.S. credit system is set up.
